  I have been to lots of places that claim they have the best BBQ but I have never had ribs that literally fell off the bone yet remained a mouthful at the same time. There must be a dry rub he uses cause you don't need the sauce though it is very good. This is place that is worth the drive in an out of the way location. This should be on all the food network shows! We worked our business schedule around to pay it a return visit the same week.

  Son-in-law recommeneded Captain Frank's for catering their (he and our daughters) wedding reception in October this year. We only needed the sides (had a family memeber doing meats), but we did go out and sample all of their fare for lunch one day. Excellent BBQ, slaw and potatoe salad, as well as the fabulous "loaded" baked potato. They were wonderful to work with in setting up order. Food was ready for pick up at specified time and you can't argue with the price. We received many compliments on the buffet at the reception.
